I order 2 brownie pans, they came quickly. very nice product. then, three days later another 2 brownie pans, a 6 piece set of bowls and a knife set came which I NEVER ORDERED. my CC was charge nearly $75.00 for the second shipment. I spend 1.5 hours on-line trying to find a customer service number or email or even a phone search. forget it! it is impossible to return these items. so I called me credit card company and they told me to call UPS and request a pick up to return the box and get a tracking no. to give to the CC company. UNBELIEVABLE!
So this producty is a great, but hope you don’t get duplicate orders or try to return your item.
Mine didn’t come with the instruction/recipe book so I haven’t tried it yet. Went to the website but didn’t get any help there. Will review more if/when I finally get to use it.
Do your brownies rip, tear and look like a mess? If they do it is because of the perfect brownie pan. We have used the product 3 times with various mixes, all the brownies came out bad. We used a lot of cooking spray and they still stuck. If you don’t eat the brownies right away they will go stale. Don’t waste your money.
I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves to make brownies and this will help him have lots of edges.
Omg.. This thing is horrible I hope I can get my money back.
1. This pan is soooo small..
2. I read a piece of paper that said put foil in pan or put on top of a cookie sheet for possible leakage. I was like ehh it won’t be much. WELL I WAS SOOO WRONG! when I poured my brownie mix in it leaked sooo much. I was like WOW! I really was expecting that.
3. Horrible to clean
4. The recipe book’s Traditional brownie recipe is HORRIBLE.. Those were the most nasty brownies I have ever tasted. My boyfriend took a bite and spit it back out. I was like ohh nooo…
I will give it a couple more tries… but so far not looking good
