I bought this pan in October, 2007, and by October, 2008, it was worn out. I estimate it was used an average of once every 10 days. At one year old, much of the non-stick coating had already come off, even though I’d been careful with it, used nothing but plastic utensils on it, etc. The surface under the non-stick coating rusted quickly. It’s pitted and very probably unhealthy to even use because those pits will hold bacteria. These are not cheap pans and should have held up much better than this. I will not be buying Chicago Metallic pans again!
