When it comes to casserole dishes and other glassware for the kitchen there is only one name that I trust — Anchor Hocking. One of the primary reasons I love their cookware is because it is still Made in the USA and you can tell — the quality is just fantastic.
The glass is thick, and I can tell you I’ve dropped the casserole dish once or twice off the counter and had no problems with it cracking or breaking. You really can tell the difference between a quality set like this and the “cheaper” stuff you find in the stores. Keep in mind that the quality of your food depends on what you use to cook it in. You might save a few bucks buying a cheaper set, but you will pay for it down the road. It only takes one burnt dish!
