Can You Make Brownies in an Allunium Pan?

I just want to make brownies in a disposible allunium pan for a no-mess bake. Could I do that or no?

ptandps May 11, 2010 at 9:05 pm: Yes, as above, but spray edges only, line the bottom of pan with parchment as they still want to stick.
